The Certified Educator program at Crossroads of Caring provides advanced training in behavioral sciences, group theory, spiritual belief systems, and educational theory leading to professional ACPE Educator Certification, and the authorization to conduct CPE units in accredited ACPE programs.

Staff at our ongoing Clinical Placement Sites have the opportunity to participate in six live on-line Zoom presentations on Spiritual Care topics each year. Invitations are sent through our sites. Registration is required to attend. The recorded presentations are available to everyone on our website.

A program designed for those who wish to learn basic spiritual care skills for use in your own faith communities, community placements, or caregiving. Consists of a 4-hour workshop, five additional online modules, and five monthly group consultations on Zoom with the educator and your peers.

This program is for groups who wish to learn basic spiritual care skills for use in faith communities, community placements, or caregiving. We can tailor the program to best suit your community’s needs. We also provide presentations on topics such as reflective listening, discovering and assessing spirituality, grief and loss, learning empathy, and nurturing spiritual wellbeing.

Each month, we'll post a selected article on our website and share it in our new Journal Club Facebook group.
